We conduct our activities through relevant legal entities within our group in accordance with applicable local laws and regulatory requirements.In most jurisdictions, the purchase and sale of physical commodities and other traded goods does not require financial market licensing.

Where local licensing, registration or regulatory authorisation is required for a specific activity, we operate through appropriately authorised entities or regulated intermediaries in the relevant jurisdiction.The entity responsible for any transaction or engagement will be identified in the relevant contractual documentation.

Whistleblower Framework

We maintain procedures for the confidential reporting of suspected misconduct, breaches of law or regulatory obligations, or other governance concerns relating to our operations.Reports may be submitted on an anonymous or disclosed basis and will be reviewed in accordance with our internal compliance and confidentiality protocols.

Counterparty & Third‑Party Due Diligence


Prior to entering into transactions, we undertake risk‑based due diligence on counterparties and relevant third parties. This may include verification of identity and beneficial ownership, sanctions screening and assessment of transactional and reputational risk.

Modern Slavery & Supply Chain Risk

We are committed to conducting business responsibly and to mitigating the risk of modern slavery and forced labour within our operations and supply chains. We assess third‑party relationships proportionate to risk and expect counterparties to operate in accordance with applicable laws and recognised standards of responsible conduct.We reserve the right to decline, restrict or terminate any transaction or relationship that does not meet our legal, regulatory or internal risk standards.
